Willow Springs Kitchen Remodeling
Light and bright kitchens have been the trend the last few years, so that’s why it’s always refreshing to see a space that takes a different approach. This expansive Willow Springs kitchen remodeling takes the cake with an ultra-traditional design that’s full of moody atmosphere – almost like having a restaurant ambience in the home. Find out more about what Meeder did to achieve this look below.
The atmosphere starts with a bright tray ceiling which makes the two chandeliers the focal points of the room. The ceiling color, along with the large windows for natural light and chandeliers, make sure the dark kitchen has enough light for working. Darker elements are brought in with the two islands with dark wood and a black granite and dark gray countertops, as well as the hardwood floors. The stove gets an unexpected design with stone brickwork columns on either side and sconces – an elegant look that makes it feel almost like a fireplace. The custom cabinets were installed to form perfectly with the kitchen appliances, and their dark wood stain matches the flooring for a perfect blend. An art deco accent window above the sink mimics the design of the stove area, completing the new look of the kitchen.
We always say that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and the design should reflect that. Good design is not just about choosing the right colors – it’s about creating a space that works well and makes actions easier. Whether you need more space, a better atmosphere, or a transformative design to fit your lifestyle and tastes, we’re here to help.
